DOJ seeks John Doe summons against UBS

The U.S. vs. UBS case heating up as the US-DOJ seeks the issuance of "Joe Doe" subpoenas to fish for more (probably thousands more) U.S. tax evaders who used the bank.

What, UBS assists U.S. persons with tax evasion? I'm shocked, SHOCKED, that there is gambling going on in this establishment . . . .
